IT'S HERE. EPISODE 800.
800 EPISODES. 800 STORIES. 800 WOMEN.
I have to just sit with that number for a second, because I genuinely can't believe I get to type it.
This morning it really hit me on my walk. 800 EPISODES. Just WOW. I am blown away and still in shock that we've come this far, that I've been blessed to interview and share in that many stories and help amplify and elevate that many voices.
What a gift, pleasure, and absolute honor this is for me, truly.
When I think about this milestone, I am filled with such joy and such a huge sense of accomplishment. My heart is overflowing with love, abundance, and sooooooo much fucking gratitude right now. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me get here. It is because of YOU that Empowerography has been around this long and that we get to celebrate 800 episodes together.
From day one, this show was never about the numbers. It was about impact. It was about amplifying women's voices, sharing their stories, and shining a light on their brilliance, resilience, and power.
I didn't start this to build a "top 1.5% globally" show. I started it because of five women who shaped who I am. My mother and my Nana. This whole thing has always been an extension of one simple mission: to honor women, amplify their voices, and elevate their stories.
800 conversations later, that mission has taken me further than I ever imagined. It's introduced me to healers, founders, survivors, leaders, artists, mystics, mothers, and women who are simply figuring it out one day at a time, same as the rest of us. Something much bigger than me showed up the day I hit record for the first time, and it hasn't stopped since.
I don't say this lightly, but hosting this podcast for this long, 800 interviews later, it has literally changed MY LIFE in so many amazing ways. I have learned tons about myself. I have grown, expanded, and evolved so much as a human being, as a spiritual being, and as a man. Every single interview has helped inspire me, open my heart, open my mind, and transform me. For that I am forever grateful to the women who contributed to that expansion.
Every single one of those 800 conversations taught me something about leadership, about allyship, about what it actually means to hold space, empathize without ego, ask questions with real curiosity, and respond with presence instead of judgment. That's the H.E.A.R. Method, and I didn't invent it in a vacuum. I learned it in real time, from women who were generous enough to let me sit across from them and listen.
To the women who've trusted me with their stories...
To the listeners who've tuned in episode after episode...
To the movement that keeps growing stronger...
From the bottom of and with ALL OF my heart, THANK YOU. This milestone is for YOU.
Here's to 800 more. Because the work isn't done. The voices aren't done. The impact isn't done.
79 months. 800 episodes.
Drop your favorite Empowerography episode in the comments, let's celebrate these women together.
